These terms apply to any purchase of the Golden Call programme by an individual acting for non-professional purposes ("the Client").
Golden Call is a recruitment preparation programme for airline cabin crew. It includes: the rebuilding of the Client's CV, cover letter and LinkedIn profile by the Provider's team; one individual one-hour video session; one preparation video session before each interview step the Client obtains with an airline, for twelve months from purchase, under the conditions of article 6; three personalised digital documents (a booklet of airlines that are hiring and two guides) and their updates published during those twelve months.
Golden Call is not an accredited qualification, not the training leading to the cabin crew attestation (CCA), and not a placement or recruitment service. The Provider has no connection with the airlines mentioned in its content.
The Provider is bound by an obligation of means. No job, interview, hiring or level of pay is guaranteed. The hiring decision belongs exclusively to each airline. Airline information is taken from public sources on the date stated and may change; the airline's own job ad prevails.
The price is the one shown on the programme page on the day of purchase: €490 for purchases made up to 31 December 2026, €590 from 1 January 2027. Net prices, VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Payment is made online through Stripe. Where payment in instalments is offered by a third party (for example Klarna, Scalapay or PayPal), it is a separate contract between the Client and that third party, subject to its approval; the Provider receives the full price.
After payment, the Provider sends the Client by email, within twenty-four working hours, the three documents, how to send their CV and the booking link for the one-hour session. Access and documents are strictly personal. The documents carry the Client's name and email address.
For twelve months from purchase, the Client may request a preparation session for each interview step (video or phone interview, assessment day, final interview) to which an airline invites them. The request is sent to contact@silvercabininstitute.com with the airline's invitation, at least forty-eight hours before the step. Each session lasts up to forty-five minutes. A session missed by the Client without twenty-four hours' prior cancellation is not rescheduled. Sessions not used within the twelve months give no right to a refund.
Under articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Client has fourteen days from purchase to withdraw, by email to contact@silvercabininstitute.com, without giving a reason.
By ticking the box provided before payment, the Client expressly requests that performance begin before the end of that period. If the Client withdraws after performance has begun, they remain liable for an amount proportionate to what has been provided until they communicate their decision (article L221-25). The Client acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal for digital content (documents) once it is made available, under article L221-28 13°, and for the rebuild of their CV, cover letter and LinkedIn profile once delivered and for any session fully performed before the end of the period, under article L221-28 1°.
The content, documents, methods and brand remain the exclusive property of the Provider. The Client has a personal right of use and may not distribute, share or resell the documents, their access or the content of the sessions. As the documents are personalised, any distribution can be traced to its source.
The Provider can only be held liable for a proven breach of its obligation of means and, except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, liability is capped at the amount paid by the Client. The Provider is not responsible for airlines' decisions, changes to their recruitment conditions, or force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
The Client's data, including the CV and profile they send, is processed to perform the contract, in accordance with the GDPR. Details in the legal notice.
Any complaint is sent to contact@silvercabininstitute.com; the Provider replies within fifteen days. The Client may use the designated mediator free of charge: Centre National de la Médiation (CNM), 10 rue de Sèze, 75009 Paris, www.cnm.fr. These terms are governed by French law. If a clause were held void, the others would remain in force.
