For a full year, an experienced mentor who has worked for every kind of airline, up to the most prestigious, guides you personally through every recruitment process. With them, you rebuild your CV, cover letter and LinkedIn in the format recruiters at top airlines expect, then prepare every interview you land.
Or interest-free instalments: 3 × €163.33 or 4 × €122.503 × €196.67 or 4 × €147.50, if eligible · Instant access by email, no call to book

Before that call come several steps, and each one rules candidates out, often over details that can be fixed. Golden Call prepares you for each of them. The decision stays with the airline; what depends on you, we work on with you.
Your guides and the booklet, and you send us your current CV

Average for a new cabin crew member at Emirates, tax-free and with housing. At KLM, €2,997 gross a month to start.
Figures published by Emirates and KLM on their careers pages, checked on 8 October 2026. Every airline sets its own terms.
Air traffic keeps growing and airlines hire all year round. Here are the ads open right now, taken from their careers pages.
Some airlines keep their ad online for just a few days, then close it as soon as they have enough applications. On the day it goes live, your CV, cover letter and LinkedIn need to be ready already.
Golden Call is not affiliated with any of these airlines. The ad on the airline's own site is what counts.
If you have been applying for a while without success, what you are going through is common, and it can be fixed.
An automatic email, sometimes a few hours after you apply, and no idea what went wrong.
A friend, a former colleague, someone you met at an assessment day gets hired, with a profile much like yours.
Your height, your age, your accent, your photo: you end up questioning everything without knowing what really counts.
Every missed campaign pushes your plans back by several months, and motivation wears thin.
The candidates who get hired are not always the best profiles. They are often the ones who knew in advance what the airline would look at, and that is exactly what we prepare with you.

You are watched all day, even between the exercises.
The online form, the CV, the cover letter, the photos and the eligibility questions.
Questions on screen and a minute to answer, or a call from a recruiter.
Introduction, reach test, English test, group task, role plays. Candidates are let go throughout the day.
Your experience told through precise examples, usually in English.
The call or email with the offer, subject to checks.
Initial training and its exams, then your first months of flying.
Some airlines have two steps, others four. We prepare each one, for every airline that invites you.
The CCA, the cabin crew attestation, is not required everywhere. Many airlines have you take it during their own training. Here is what their careers pages say.
Several also require the local language on top of English: Dutch at KLM, German at Lufthansa and Condor. The booklet says so airline by airline.
One route for CCA holders, and another, often a work-study contract, for those who don't have it yet.
Here the CCA is taken beforehand at an approved centre. If you already hold one, these airlines are for you.
Taken from careers pages and published job ads on 8 October 2026. Conditions change from one campaign to the next: the current job ad is what counts. Golden Call is not affiliated with any of these airlines.
Emirates, Qatar Airways, Etihad and Ryanair hold recruitment days in major cities around the world. It all happens in a single day: you need to know when they take place, and walk in prepared.
You hand in your CV and photo. A first selection sometimes happens in the morning.
The arm reach (212 cm on tiptoes at Emirates) and often an English test.
Role plays in small groups, watched by the recruiters.
By invitation, the same day or in the days that follow.
Every airline runs it differently: the booklet sets it out for each one.

Invited to an assessment day? Your mentor rehearses it with you that same week.
You send us your current CV and LinkedIn profile. Your dedicated mentor rebuilds them: a one-page CV in the format airlines expect, a cover letter to adapt for each one and a LinkedIn profile ready to paste, with the rules for your photo.
We go through your CV and photo together, pick the airlines that fit your profile, then run a first mock interview and tell you exactly what to work on.
As soon as you get an invitation, you forward it to us and we set up a video call before that step. As many airlines and steps as you land, for one year from your purchase.
The worldwide airline guide, sorted by region, with their requirements, their steps and their pay when it is published. The guide "Maximize your chances" to land more invitations, and the guide "Passing your probation" for your first months after you're hired.
An airline invites you to an assessment day the following Monday. You forward the email to your mentor.
We offer you a video call slot that week.
For 45 minutes, we go through what this airline runs on the day, play out a group task, then ask you the final interview questions in English.
You work on the three points we picked out, with the guide and the checklists for the night before and the morning itself.
You walk in prepared. If you go through to the next step, we prepare it the same way.

Your mentor is part of a team that has worked for every kind of airline, from low-cost carriers to the most prestigious, with more than fifteen years of flying each. They have been trainers and recruiters, so they know selection from the other side of the table.
If anyone offers you a guaranteed interview for money, be careful: a serious airline does not sell its places.
After the golden call come initial training and its exams, then your first months of flying, when you are still being assessed. The guide "Passing your probation" tells you what is expected of new crew, and your mentor stays reachable throughout your year.

After the golden call comes initial training, then your first rotations.
€590 from 1 January 2027
Pay in full, or in interest-free instalments: 3 × €163.33 or 4 × €122.503 × €196.67 or 4 × €147.50, if you are eligible
GET STARTED FOR €490No. Many airlines train their own crew during initial training, including British Airways, easyJet, KLM, Ryanair, Wizz Air and the Gulf carriers according to their careers pages. Others have one route with and one without a CCA, and a few require it before you apply. The booklet tells you which, and during your video call we pick the ones that fit your profile.
You need to be able to hold a conversation, because most interviews are in English and some airlines test it. The video calls can be in English so you practise in interview conditions. Golden Call is not an English course: if your English is still shaky, work on it first.
They differ from one airline to another. Emirates, for example, publishes a minimum height of 160 cm and a 212 cm reach on tiptoes. The booklet gives each airline's published requirements, and says plainly when it publishes none. Never lie about a requirement: everything is checked at the reach test or the medical.
One year from your purchase. During that year, every interview step you land is prepared on video, for every airline that invites you.
It's the best time to start. Some ads stay online for only a few days: the day one goes live, your application needs to be ready already. Your rebuilt CV, the one-hour call and the three documents are useful straight away, and the preparation calls are there from your first invitation, for the whole year.
You forward the airline's invitation to contact@silvercabininstitute.com and we offer you a slot. The call lasts up to 45 minutes, one per step, booked at least 48 hours before the step. We prepare what that airline runs: video interview, group task, role plays or final interview.
Nobody can guarantee you a job, and an offer that promises one is not serious. What is guaranteed is that you will be prepared by your mentor before every step for a year, as many times as you land an interview.
It happens, including to very strong candidates. We look at what happened during your next call, you keep applying elsewhere, and the guide explains how to ask for feedback and when to reapply.
Your dedicated mentor, with more than fifteen years of flying and experience as a trainer and recruiter. They are part of a team that, between them, has flown for more than 20 airlines, from low-cost to the most prestigious.
Yes, interest-free, if you are eligible: in 3 instalments (3 × €163.333 × €196.67) or in 4 (4 × €122.504 × €147.50), with the options shown on the payment page (for example Klarna, Scalapay or PayPal). They appear at checkout when they are available to you.
Yes. Everything happens online, in English. The booklet covers several continents and says, airline by airline, who can apply: many ask for the right to work in the country of the base.
You land on a confirmation page and, within minutes, you receive an email with your three documents. You reply with your CV, your LinkedIn and your availability, and your mentor confirms your video call.
Some ads close within days. Your application has to be ready before they go live: your mentor writes to you today to rebuild it with you.
